I wish all furniture-buying experiences could be this seamless and easy. We had a mattress issue and needed a new one as soon as possible. We made an appointment and within 30 mintues we had picked, paid for, and were on the way to set up the new mattress in our home. The customer service is unmatched and the mattress is SO COMFY!! I'm still telling people about the experience because it was that good.

A true professional, Dan is flexible, informative, and committed to excellent service throughout the entire process. I was blown away by the low prices he offered, his attentiveness to making customers a priority, and warm, enthusiastic personality.nnWhen the day came to finalize the purchase, Dan had everything prepared so we could walk in and out of the store within minutes. We bought a Malouf mattress and absolutely LOVE it! Not only is Dan fantastic, truly cares and genuinely wants the best for his clients-he goes out of his way to check on his customers, answer questions and make sure they have a great experience. I am thoroughly delighted with Mattress By Appointment (concept is brilliant!) and couldn’t recommend Dan more highly! Do yourself a favor and give Dan a call :)

This place is absolutely amazing!! Great friendly personable friendly customer service. Makes you feel so comfortable. This is a great place to get top of the line mattresses for half the cost. The best part of this is the customer service. This is my place to get all my mattresses. Thank you Dan for making this an easy process and fast delivery. You are awesome
