Long search for a roll top computer desk ended at Modern Office. Who knew, it had the features hard to find on a roll top desk for computers. Large center space for larger monitor. Great left pedestal large enough for a slid out printer tray. The color we wanted was not in stock, so we ordered our second choice color. Laura called within hours noting the color we wanted would be in stock the next day. Her caring that we get what we wanted is what great customer service is all about. It arrived in a week and was beautiful. So I ordered the wooden desk chair to make it a set.nnHats off to Modern Office for having the desk and for hiring a great employee like Laura! She really should get a raise, or at least an atta-girl!
I ordered the chair on Sunday and was here by Monday afternoon. It was easy to put together, I had no problems. The chair is comfortable for long periods of time, it's great to work for long periods and not be stiff and sore. I'm very happy with my purchase! Thank you.
Extremely happy with the service I received from everyone - but especially Carlos. I'm disabled - and I bought 1 chair only (nowhere near top-end). Carlos made sure it was assembled and delivered promptly to me despite being well outside their delivery area. Then needed help with the armrests coming loose (I need to use them to regularly help hoist myself up) and he made sure I got the correct allen wrench right away. They're not going to make a lot of money off me - but I was always treated like his most important customer. Couldn't be happier.
Due to COVID and the need to work from home, I have had to revamp my personal office. My old chair had a good run, but it was not made for the extended time that I spend at home now (I'm a big guy). My wife gifted me a new office chair. Initially we did not buy the proper model, but we contacted the company and communicated with Mr. Gonzalez, who was attentive and has excellent costumer skills. We then purchased model Y9489CB, and I have to say. THIS IS THE BEST OFFICE CHAIR I'VE EVER HAD. the chair arrived on time, I was able to put it together in about 20 minutes and I am thoroughly impressed with it.nnThis is great company with excellent costumer service, responsible and attentive.nnYou can be sure that I will look for Modern Office any time I need to revamp my office.
We outfitted our entire office from furniture from Modern Office. Desks, credenza's, file cabinets and conference tables. Communication was amazing and after sales support was fantastic. All 17 pallets came well packaged and inventoried, and quickly even though we are on the west coast.nn8 months in and all of our furniture is holding up amazingly well (we are not gentle people).
