Nobody knows where items are located in the store .
Home Depot in Eden Prairie had every thing I needed for a closet project. There were helpful staff available to answer any questions. I did not have to wait in line to check out. Everything was fast and easy!
I've done a lot of research in trying to find the best pricing deals in everything I purchase. Whether it's new carpeting, appliances, tools or recently new kitchen cabinets Home Depot had the best prices and were most the most flexible in working with me financing my projects. It comes down to the quality ultimately.
Service definitely varies between store locations. Eden Prairie refused to cut some plywood for me because it was too much trouble. Pretty sure that's what the guy's job is. The kid at the Bemidji store was happy to do it.
I bought some chandelier lights back in October 10, 2020 and now it's January 26, 2021 I went to return it because the owner didn't like the styles so I had to return them. Home Depot took it back with no problem as long as I have the receipt which I did in my email. It was simple with no questions asked. Highly recommend this place.
