When I walked in there we was a friendly young man who greeted me and asked what he could help me find. I asked for soft pillowtop mattresses and reasonably priced. He immediately showed me what he had and never once tried to oversell something I wasn't interested in. He was knowledgeable and asked questions so he was able to show me exactly what I wanted. Once we choose a few to think on he left us and went to check inventory. We sincerely appreciated the no pressure to buy. Honestly that was 90% of our decision to buy here the rest was the right price.
Ben gave me great customer service. He really listened to what I was looking for. I bought my mattress last November! The mattress is just what I wanted. It is a hybrid so that I could use my box spring and then purchase a new electronic base sometime in late 2021!

Super friendly service, respected our wishes on what we said we were looking for, showed us several choices that fit our needs. Was very through in explaining all warrantees/guarantees. Our new mattress is on order and can't wait to get it home!
