I love love love Biggby and the staff here is wonderful and the drinks and service are great. I had an issue here and it was quickly resolved by Tracy, one of the managers. I felt very taken care of by her and the staff.nnThey answered the phone this morning!! So it sounds like they finally got the phones working- thank you!
I hate giving 1 star but there's a reason. I've been here 4 times within 2years even with new staff. IT TAKES FOREVER!!! IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY KEEP DRIVING. The picture included is supposed to be a bagel with cream cheese. There is a literal smear of cream cheese. Not exaggerated. So mad this is the last attempt to get breakfast in a decent time frame. No sense of urgency. If you're going to be slow make sure the order is made well.
Fantastic employees. Made my coffee perfect. Personable employees. Store was clean. You were allowed inside to order with mask.
Coffee is really good but the young man that was making our coffee and handed them to us through the drive-through window was also doing the trash at the same time. He didn’t have any gloves on and didn’t wash his hands in between transitioning from our coffees to the trash and back. Pretty gross.
The girl at register was super nice and it only took a minute or two before I had my order and it was done to perfection.
