amazing service from warm front concierge Kim to my massage therapist Holly! She was amazing and skillful! Also very informative with what I need to do following the massage. Will definitely be going back! Environment was super cozy and inviting!
Great massage, they seemed to know all the places that hurt the worst. I just wish it lasted longer. I highly recommend this place
Had an appointment scheduled for a Friday, they billed me on a Thursday and when I called Friday morning to ask why I was billed prior to my appt they informed me they had me scheduled for Thursday. Clearly a mix up on their end the manger was rude and unprofessional explaining it wasn’t their mixup, I would be billed again if I rescheduled the appointment. Conversation became hostile and I eventually gave up trying to explain there incompetence. Stay clear of this place , spend your money elsewhere.
Shay did me and my wife’s back massage did a wonderful job thank you guys Will and Kristal.. we recommend this place.....relaxing atmosphere!!!!
