Overall, friendly service, but attention to detail and food quality were really lacking. The associate who took my order and brought it to my car was super friendly, BUT the premium family feast was served without a single napkin or utensil. My request for butter was also not filled, even though the order slip attached to my bag specified that butter should have been added. At least 2 of the food containers were only half full, as well, and the Southwest chili ranch chicken salad was inedible (I'm pretty sure one of the ingredients had gone bad). 2 of the sandwiches were just slopped together, too.
I visited this location on Easter Sunday I am glad that they were open and to my surprise there was not even a line. I guess I do feel bad for the people that had to work Easter Sunday when a lot of the other chains were closed except for McDonald's. I got a breakfast sandwich bacon egg and cheese on an asiago bagel and a couple of bagels there were both good!
Ordered delivery and asked for our food to be handed to us. They put it on the porch and left. Never knocked on the door, never rang our doorbell and never called us. Absolutely unbelievable terrible customer service. Over tipped because I’m trying to support local employees but it turns out $1 tip would have been too much.
I've always gotten great service....but today they accidentally skipped something from my order and the manager was so kind to offer to replace it and he even drove to my home himself plus gave me a desert!! Great customer Service!! So I highly recommend this Panara Bread!!
