I only gave one star when I would have given 0. Customer service horrible. I use to come here every morning until the new staff arrived. Staff have foul mouths, took my money before telling me they had to brew on top of that didn’t have my flavoring. The day before they didn’t have the brew featured on the sign and in the store. Got in my car taste my coffe and there is no sugar although the tag read 4 cream 4 sugar. I live across the street and will never step foot in this Dunkin again. If you continue to operate in this fashion you will go bankrupt. And I will be sure to file complaints up the ladder. Change your staff it’s not worth losing customers ud83eudd2c
I wish I had a copy of their schedule so I don't go there when the wrong people are working. The attitude is AWFUL and somehow they manage to get my order wrong. Ordered an iced coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugars +1 pump of toasted almond and got all black coffee with a TON of ice. Not a good way to start the day. PLUS A 20 MIN WAIT AT THE DRIVE THRU
Worst costumer service ever. Horrible food and employees with attitude. Drinks are decent but always not filled cups.
Love getting me some dunkin's breakfast sandwiches in the morning or afternoon.
Great hash brown and donuts. Need to open a little earlier though.
