The woman who prepared my coffee and daughters hot chocolate today. Had a mask on. BUT, had a nose out of the mask and I could see her mouth! What’s the point?

Waited 5 mins to order they took multiple times to repeat my order for them to understand a 2 item order. Then as i get my order my drink is overflowing and instead of wiping it off before handing it to me they wipe it off in my hands and hand me napkins. Slow service. Low quality. Not worth the excessive wait.

If I could leave a zero star a would... the only reason I go to this Dunkin’ is because it’s right by my work. But almost every time I go there they mess something up with my order. And I will get the same thing every day and one day I will pay $5 and the next I will pay $6. They had a few workers today and made me late for work because they made me go back through the drive through so I could get my card that they forgot to give me. I was still in the parking lot when I called them and they could have came out side. I’m going to start going to a different coffee place. Very disappointed, would not recommend to anyone.

I love this dunkin! My coffee is always made so delicious, they get my order out quickly and they’re always kind and chipper haha definitely a classy dunkin location, I live one minute away from the one on Dixie but I drive to this one more often than not cause the experience and coffee is always better, guaranteed. Added bonus: their store smells like a legit bakery.

I didnt even want to leave 1 star!!!! Will never stop here again! Last time my hot chocolate was half full and they remade it this time i was told its a button nothing i can do about itud83dude20 ugh i work hard for my $ hate being cheated by a company!
