Curbside pickup has not been ready on two separate visits. Eventually had to go inside to get it. Ordered a half of a tuna salad sandwhich and at best, there were two teaspoons of tuna salad on the sandwich. This used to be a decent place quality seems to have declined.
Love Panera, but seems like the bloomfield location has been struggling keeping inventory up to date. Last 3 times I went to order and clicked on a sandwich, something was always out of stock...cheese, cilantro, bread etc etc Always something different. Mind you its Wednesday at 1pm and not even the weekend and they are out of cheese???
I had a real issue with several people sitting on computers without mask. (No food!) And the Mgt. not immediately addressing people walking in without mask to please put theirs on!nThen my $9 sandwich tasted like something off a lunch cart...
Even though were dealing with the COVID, This restaurant was clean and the staff was excellent. Ive only been to Panera one other time and I was craving the onion soup... It didnt disappoint
DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY ARE ALWAYS SLOW AND ARE VERY SKIMPY ON THE AMOUNT OF STUFF THEY PUT ON YOUR SANDWICH/PLATE!! SERIOUSLY,GO TO ANY OTHER PANERA THAN THIS ONE! YOU WILL BE MUCH MORE HAPPY!
