Love this place. Kohl's cash is nice but pain to redeem. So I miss out coming back to the store because I was literally JUST there. Just give me a spontaneous discount on the spot! Will be back though. Friendly and efficient staff. Great cleaning at checkout during this crazy time. Thanks for that effort!

seems like this place always lacks the most common clothing sizes. you would think they’d order more of the common sizes like medium and large and less of extra largesnnlines are often long, and sometimes there aren’t enough employeesnnthe changing rooms are dusty and smell awful. a through cleaning is definitely needed

A decent Kohl's but the Amazon return guy is the WORST. On three separate occasions, I've waited my turn in line only to have him tell me I can't return multiple items at once. He will return one of my items, then take people from the line who got there after me and return their items, then come back to me, return one more of mine, and continue.nnYesterday, he told my husband he couldn't return four items in one go and would need to come back. Why? There is no sign that states a limit. Amazon doesn't have a limit on returns. But the person working the Amazon counter needs to put a limit on the amount of returns he can process?nnReturning to Kohl's is the only option currently available to me from Amazon and I dread going there with a passion because I so intensely dislike dealing with this employee.

Amazon return was smooth and fast! Line to check out was just as great! The employees were fantastic and pleasant!!

Very organized and well kept kohls location. Deals are same as other locations ofcourse.nNever saw any workers on floor to get help when needed, need to go at checkout if have any questions.nI don't like going to this location just because of the weird driving directions to reach there, lot of turns! Not easily accessible from Schoenherr road.
