Ordered slacks online unfortunately I needed to return them,no luck finding another pair that fit. I would suggest when it comes to ordering slacks online is to buy two different sizes since there's no dressing rooms open! But the associates were very nice and helpful.
Fabulous service, I think her name was Gail. She was able to ring my order and get it ready as I shopped. So on my last garment it took a few seconds to finish. Made it a seamless trip.

Maces has always been one of my favorite places to shop. Especially now with some exceptional sales. Store is well stocked and hardly anyone in the store
I had not been to Macy's in a while. A lot of stores have gone down hill in merchandise overall customer service during Covid. I was impressed by how well the service was at Macy's.
