Today is one year since my cat Bella passed and they sent me a very sweet card in the mail. It was totally unexpected and very appreciated. Very kind

Honestly, not a happy review to have to leave, but Adoring Pet made it as bearable as possible. The woman we dealt with was extremely warm and caring, making such a bitter process a lot easier to handle. The box we got our dogs ashes in is beautiful, and we got a really nice personalized clay paw print as well. Thank you guys ❤ufe0f

My mom's cat passed away last night and we found this place online. I was very impressed with the way the lady (sorry forgot her name) took care of my mom and was very sympathetic. The process was explained and that left my mom feeling a little better knowing her baby would be handled in such a kind manner. Thank you so much for helping my mom during her grieving process.

Not the type of review I'd normally do. But I thought I should write of my experience with this place after thinking it over.nnMy cat had died over a year ago. We were originally going to bring her to a vet so they could take care of her, and make sure her passing could be as painless as possible. Sadly she didn't make it to that day. We brought her in because the ground was frozen so she could not have been buried. We were surprised. The survive was much better than what we would have gotten had we gone with the original plan. We got an nice urn as well as a few other memorials which include her paw print in plaster.nnHowever, I feel they go above and beyond what was expected. On the first anniversary of her passing I received a card in the mail. Needless to say that I cried. It was a really touching gesture and I really appreciated it. We all did.nnIf anyone wanted to know about my dear cat. Her name was Misty. Misty DC. I picked the name Misty while someone added DC as she was a bit of a troublemaker. DC referring to 'darn cat' She was a Tortoiseshell cat, and was a pretty feisty one. But she was also loving and loved to get attention from the people she loved. She was with us from the moment she was born. Her favorite places happened to have been my lap, or on my chest near my neck. She was with us for 19 years. I still miss her.nnThank you for reading this if you have gotten this far. If you are dealing with a loss of a loved pet yourself I highly recommend this place. From my one visit there it is clear that they care about the animals and the people mourning for their passing. They deserve all the stars.nnTo the one who sent us the card. Thank you. That really meant a lot to get that a year later.
