On that day of December 28, 2019 after speaking in a few words with the lady who claims to be the owner politely in the beginning of the telephone call. I was outrageously interrupted while I was attempting to explain my Catch-22. As I tried to talk with the owner, she kept interrupting me and finally shouting at me. I then advise the owner to cool her tone and not to raise her voice at me. I was met with unprofessional-ism, unprofessional tone, unprofessional non-courtesy, insensitivity, and abusive disrespectful behavior, which lead my voice to be elevated in an unconventional way. The owner attitude and unprofessional tone has been unwarranted against me and any other customers who may have come in communication with her. Not all customer are disrespectful and rudely. I can understand that some customers are and Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery has to put up with various nonsense from nasty individuals, once again, not all customers are unpleasant.nnHowever, Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery owner and their personnel/family members need to focus on becoming more professional and helpful when it comes to customers. The owner of the business should always use professional tone in each of their functions daily dealing with customer whether in person or by phone. People expect when they encounter Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery they are met with respect and well-mannered behavior performance. This means treating all customers you come into contact with or by phone of all creed of nationality in a courteous manner for this is their occupation and responsibility. The business owner as well as personnel need to refrain from exasperated sighs, speaking loudly, and angrily to customers.nnAs this is rude and unproductive, or else it will damage Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery income if the problem continues. Beautiful resting place..well maintained

The owners are taking advantage of the grieving families. If you buy a plot , it should included installing a grave marker. They have increased installation fees for graver markers 3 years in a row. In some cases, it cost more than the marker.

They had the audacity to let someone put a headstone on MY Husband's grave without my permission....who does that!

The cemetery itself is beautiful however the lawn maintenance is horrible! So many headstones covered with overgrown grass/weeds that the names on the stones are not visible! They need to go through and raise the headstones.
