the girl was very nice and the pretzels are good but the new peach lemonade drink is gross, it was $5 for a small and totally not worth the money.

I have gone here 5 times. The app never works. So I reloaded it and went back. Still will not work at the store. It works at homenThe workers know the app is defective and they will not honor the offer. I got home and an hour later I get an email for the offer again. This is a Terrible company. There are a lot of pretzel places. They should appreciate the return customers and honor the rewards. Terrible customer service. They told me to complain to corporate. So I went online filled out everything on the form and it won’t send. Very frustrating Please get your app fixed. I heard many customers are upset over the app not working
Jennifer at the partridge creek location is straight wack. She is very disrespectful and rude to her costumers. I just wanted some pretzels. Not cool
They need to train employees better before putting them out there. They forget to ask for coupons and or scan your phone then tell u after that they can't do anything about it b
