I have visited this location two times. The first time, I arrived about 10 minutes before it closed and was notified by staff they were no longer serving ice cream. I came yesterday in the hopes of receiving a milk shake. I was notified that the blenders were dirty and a milkshake could not be made. I then requested fresh tim bits instead. I was then told that everything had been made within the last hour and that was the freshest I would receive anything as it would take over 20 minutes to make fresh baked goods. I am highly disappointed in this location.
This place gives amazing service as well as tasty menu. One of my favourite places around here. The food served quickly and the rates are fair. Highly recommended.
Stay away from this place ud83eudd2e went for ice cream around 7pm and both workers were not wearing gloves or masks. My toppings were not mixed in, looked like a sundae.
I live in a nearby neighborhood and love Coldstone, but I always have to go to the one in Roseville because this location NEVER has any of the ice creams I want. I went there today and they had 4 choices. The one in Roseville is 5 stars though.
Service was great but they were out of bananas, chocolate dipped and regular cones and medium hand packed lids. They also do not carry the no sugar added vanilla so I actually did not get anything for myself.
