First and last time here. I asked the kid to make the peanut butter perfection. He proceeded to tell me he didn't have the chocolate ice cream and couldn't make it for me. Upon leaving I saw they had Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream in their display. I left because he wasn't smart enough to realize he could use a different flavor.
My husband and I called the Howell location and they said they were broken and not able to serve, but Hartland is open. So we google searched the Hartland location and checked the cold stone app and both said 8pm close time. The google listing for this location says “updated by business 3 days ago”. When we walked in at 7:38pm. All the ice cream was gone, the girl there was in the back cleaning. When I asked what happened she said they closed at 7:30pm. I explained that everything says 8pm and so do all other locations. She said “oh they changed it to 7:30, it’s always 7:30”. I’m upset because this is the second time I’ve been here in the last month and was told the time “changed”. And nothing is posted on website, google, or even the doors that says different.
Checked online to make sure their dining room was open. It said it was. Drove 30 minutes to get there only to find out their dining room was indeed closed. Super frustrating! If you're planning on going, maybe call first to check.
