Have never shopped here before. First walking in, I was greeted so nicely and introduced to an associate. Cody was very helpful and patient. He led me straight to what I was looking for. Wanting to look around, I was happy he was sweet and not one of those overbearing associates who hounds you. When I was done he was there to take care of everything. I really appreciate associates that make you feel comfortable like that. Thanks again Cody! Will definitely return for future purchases!

Sam was super helpful and pretty knowledgeable for being relatively new to the job. She was patient and genuinely cared that we find the right items for us. She did not push us to just “buy something”.nnHer approach was more consultative, not sell, sell, sell. She was very upbeat and responsive to our questions. What a pleasure it was to deal with someone like her.nnThere’s quite a lot to choose from in the store. Overall a very positive experience.nnThe only negative thing we can note is the cost of delivery and set up. Those fees are a percentage of the overall sale price and not something I would ever pay for based on that formula. I could probably pay a couple of high school kids a mere fraction of that to move the items into my house. Fortunately I can do the move in myself and paid the reasonable flat fee for them to get it to my house.nnYes we will shop Ashley again. It was well worth our time.

Micah was our sales associate and she was terrific. We were looking for a sofa and recliner chair, and she was very knowledgeable with the different products. Micah was also very helpful with pricing options for the furniture. Peter, the manager, was very helpful, pleasant, and is very customer orientated. Shelby, the greeter, was very pleasant and welcoming.nThe Ashley Home Store recognizes veterans too, and we were thanked for our service. There was a nice display in the store honoring those with military service. Thank you Team Ashley!

I went to the store looking for a mattress on a busy Saturday. The check in girl had someone available right away to help me. Her name was Micah and she was fantastic. She stayed with me an hour helping me find what I was looking for. Zero pressure to buy anything and she knew her stuff as well. Ashly home store is lucky to have her! If you visit and Micah is your sales girl, know you’re in good hands and will be well taken care of. Looking forward to getting my mattress delivered in a couple of weeks!

We met Brad at Ashley HS. Very good rep for the company!nTook ample time to show us the store and help us with our needs/wants.nPros: Good store and sales person(Brad) to work with.nAll questions answered. Sales completed.nCons: Need an appointment to get in. They did allow us in though. We were quoted a price and agreed to it for a chest and bed, then were told they couldn't apply the 15% discount to the pillows. Cost us additional $55. Wasn't too happy about that!nAll in all a mostly pleasant experience!
