Service man is great. Customer service on the phone not great. Very rude. Quite expensive compared to other companies. Maybe make sure your customers understand what they are signing. Especially when English is not their primary language.

The dish machines and glass washers work great. Service every 28 days keeps them running well. And if there's trouble, a tech shows up fast. Best dish machine lease there is, and I've tried a couple of them.
We are very happy with our dish machine maintenance and delivery of chemicals each month. John Hare is always available to answer any questions and help out in any way. Great service!
