First, the satellite image is not accurate, as they have made significant improvements for truck drivers. There is now possibilty to park overnight as well as access to clean restrooms in the drivers entrance. That building seems fairly new. I've had excellent service, even today, I arrived more than 24h before appt and they squeezed me in no more than 2 hours after my arrival!. I like the text message procedure, as it allowed me to interact with actual people, though I thought at first it would be some kind of automated system. 5 stars for this place. The guard at the shack gave me real good guidance and took time to help me out.

Excellent customer service...got me unloaded quickly. They are always on their game...at least to me they are
People were great and got me on a dock & unloaded quickly. Make sure you turn left at the entry to get to the guard house though, the place is huge and quite the maze if you've never been there.
If I could post 0 stars I would. This place denied me employment when I have 3 years experience in the field I applied for. They will hire tons of minorities that don't speak English, yet an American citizen like myself gets denied. Highly suggest not working here if you speak English, this company discriminates against anyone that isn't a minority. Look somewhere else.
