Arrived and got told they'll be open at 11 even though their opening time states 10. It was only 10 minutes out so I waited. Then I got told they no longer do full size pretzel dogs and the bites will take 15 minutes to make. The full size ones are still displayed on their menu with no modification to let you know. Left empty-handed.
This place took my order, and we payed. Then twenty minutes later my order still did not come out. My friend went up to ask what's going on, and they said we didn't pay for that. We full well and good payed for the food we ordered. So ten minutes later they are working on other people's orders and completely ignore us.
The drinks are good the sandwiches not so much
Good and quick service. Changed my mind about pretzels. Friends convinced me to try. I will be back.
These are the best pretzels out there. It’s a must stop every time we’re shopping.
