Had my first Crumbl cookie in Grand Rapids! They are amazing! First off the people that work there were so friendly. A employee even said hi to us when she was walking to the back of the building to start working.nnThe cookies were fresh, warm, and tasted exactly how you would imagine the flavor tasting. The best thing about them is we got them on Friday and the cookies were still soft and good to eat now being Monday.nnHighly recommend getting a cookie for the experience!
I had these for the first time today and they’re to die for! My favorite is the chilled sugar cookie so far. I loved them so much that I had to send some to my family in Iowa! I also sent a coworker a gift card to get some since she was out of the delivery range. I did the curbside pickup and only had to wait a few minutes. I used the app and it was so simple and easy to do! So excited about this place!!!!
Friendly staff. Clean store. AMAZING COOKIES! Best time to go is the first couple of hours they are open. Gets really busy in the afternoon. I will always recommend getting 1 of each! You won’t be disappointed!
The cookies were amazing! Loved the different varieties. The app is easy to use and navigate, however there were some loading issues. I had ordered for curbside, but the screen wouldn't load past entering my credit card info. An eror message appeared and I had no way of knowing if the order went through. After multiple attempts the screen loaded and the order had been submitted.
Tami, I love your store! The girls working were so quick to get my fresh cookie in a box. It is so welcoming and clean in there. I'll for sure be a regular, since I work next door!
