Very professional atmosphere. Instructors are very helpful and informative, the staff is also amazing. Not to mention I have gained relationships and friendships with great people. It also feels as though, I have gained a whole new family at the Empire Beauty School At Portage, during my experience as a student. I currently have made the decision to go back to cosmetology school after taking a break for a month in a half, so I can finish my career as a future professional cosmetologist. Best decision I have ever made. My words of advice; if you are looking into pursuing a career in the beauty industry Empire Beauty School is the best place to pursue your career as a cosmetologist. You will get the education and experience you deserve. It’s the best place to be.
Signing up was so much easier than I had anticipated. Not only did they provide me with every answer I asked for, Tara walked me through everything I needed to do for Empire and myself. I'm astounded with how simple and fun my experience with enrolling was. I was helped with my financial aid, my loans and what I'll be doing while enrolled. Everything is exactly how I needed it. I wasn't treated like a money bag, they treated me like a person.
Empire beauty school in Portage is an Phenomenal school. Great atmosphere to learn and gain life long friendships. The teachers are very helpful. Absolutely love the hands on experience you get by going to empire beauty school. I would definitely recommend empire to anyone interested in cosmetology.
The staff, their professionalism and willingness to be compassionate and care about us as students and our education is just amazing! I commend them for being able to deal with the variety of different people and their backrounds and still be able to handle their positions in a respectful manner. Not only do they care about your education they care about you as a person. I recently graduated from Empire after wanting to go to cosmetology school for years. I promise you when I say that I have received consistent support, advice, and great experiences since I started attending in 2019. I feel like I have never met such a supportive group of classmates as well, they really all just want the best for you. Cosmetology is truly a subject where you learn as much as you put into it, you have to be a go getter. I highly recommend this school and all that it offers.
