Great staff and products
Always so friendly but managment is a joke
Much better than Meijer - things are actually in stock! I'd much rather shop for groceries here, although their prices are a bit higher, and their produce dept is much smaller. Still, very much recommended - I haven't had any problems with Family Fare, big fan here!
I used to love, for no other reason than it was local and just now the road, but even before COVID I was close to tossing the towel in on it. Now the shelves are spotty, the produce was never all that great and over priced is now even worst. 9 times out of 10 there are not enough self check outs open and those that are open are normally flashing for help. Add in a store manager that is underwhelming and unhelpful which appears to be spreading to other employees, I have to wonder why I still even go there, or any SpartanNash store for that matter because most of them in my area are all about the same
Absolutely horrible service this evening. At first a worker threw my Sushi in a bag without asking, while I was at self-service, then he disappeared. If anyone knows Sushi, you don’t throw it in a bag. Then I called and shouted for a worker and nobody was around. Not sure if I’ll go back, I’ve heard nothing but bad things about this Family Fare. Horrible service. I left my stuff and left the store....probably time for them to shut their doors for good.
