I really enjoyed working with Kate.She was very knowledgeable and helpful with the design of what I was trying to do. I put all new flooring in the main level of my house and am very happy with the result. The worker moved all the furniture and returned it when finished. I would not hesitate to call Floor Coverings International again. They were all Great .

I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Kalamazoo. Kate came to our home with carpet samples and was very helpful making our selection because she is very knowledgeable about their products. She also oversaw our installation process to make sure it was all done to our satisfaction. Kate is very professional and a pleasure to work with.

From start to finish this company is magnificent! Everyone has excellent communication! We needed the floors carpeted quickly and FCI came through with flying colors! What I appreciated most was the fact that I felt like my friends were helping me out. Alex and Kate are personable and professional. Jeff (i believe that was his name) installed our carpet and has a great sense of humor. Our floor looks beyond what we expected! I highly recommend this company to all!

My wife and I had a fantasic experience with Floor Coverings international . Alex has an eye for detail and what will work in a space ,and Kate has a great eye and had us considering looks we hadn't initially considered, but ended up better than we could've imagined ! Its now been several months and I thought of them and wanted to write a review reflecting the excellent wear of the carpet the product is not showing any signs of wear despite heavy use, and the pad (we opted for the best pad ) still feels luxurious. They are pros at what they do , and the convenience and time savings of skipping the big box stores to have them come to the house is well worth it .n-Ton and Heather S
