My purchase was nearly seamless & a positive experience. I am thankful for the assistance of the manager. I would recommend this store to others.
Overall, we were very pleased with our experience. Salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly and was low pressure. As always, would like a lower price, but seemed in line with other online prices. Store was clean and we were the only ones shopping early on a Sunday. Delivery lead time was reasonable...1 month.
We went in several mattress stores before this one and I will definitely say Jeff was the most knowledgeable. He helped us decide which mattress and pillows were best for our sleep style. He never pressured us and he gave us plenty of space to try them all. We will be purchasing all our future mattresses from here.
Truthfully no real complaints. I went in on a Sunday afternoon with my wife and next to no knowledge about mattresses, specifically to lay on one kind of mattress that they sadly didn't have on the floor. But the negatives end there.nnThe associate helping us out, Jeremy, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with the products, and he had no issue answering any questions I had from experience to technical. He was incredibly transparent with regards to their policies on new and pre-owned products and the billing and delivery once we found one we liked. I really appreciated his patience because my wife and I tried out at least 6 or 7 mattresses, going back and forth between a few, before making a selection. Anyway, I never saw myself writing a review for a mattress store before today, and while I am still somewhat convinced brick and mortar mattress stores are actually some kind of laundering front conspiracy, I am pleased with my visit and the deal I got enough to merit singing the Jeremy and the location praises.nnIf you're looking for a new bed, these guys will legitimately do what they can to get you a good night's rest without being pushy or high pressure, and they'll get you a solid deal if you find a bed you like.
Plenty of options to choose from. Jeff was really helpful pointing out the features of the different beds.nScheduled to be delivered Thursday. So far couldn’t ask for anything better.
