I transferred from another store, and all I can say is what a terrible difference. I was promised 1 thing, and that was changed after a while. That is the reason I took the position... My supervisor had zero managerial experience, and had no clue. The store manager was an emotional basket case, etc, etc... The best thing I have ever done is get out of retail! I left there, and became a C.O.O. When you have a lifetime of experience at a very high level, retail feels like a prison sentence. However, I believe we all need to be humbled now and again..
I purchased carpet and padding and floor boards for my living room and hallway. It is absolutely beautiful. Jess helped me with the carpet and pad and she was amazing. Derrick helped me with the floor boards and he was exact. Thank you. I love my Lowes.
Customer service here is terrible. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a washer and dryer they said could be delivered in 2-3 business days. When they didn't make the first delivery date, they called to say they couldn't find the dryer. It wasn't until I called the store that they even started figuring out how to find it. Called again a week later to check on the status and waited on hold for about 30 minutes before Customer service picked back up asking what I was waiting for again and then telling me everyone was busy. Had to call corporate customer care to even get a status on my order. If I ever get my appliances, it will be the last time I ever do business with this place again.
Just the worst customer service imaginable. Let’s start off by saying you’ll need to go outside and bring your own flat cart in to load your own heavy merchandise while the employees stand around and talk about what they’re doing after work. All while no one greets you or asks if you need help. And don’t dare actually need assistance because you’re definitely at the wrong place for that. The service at this store makes you second guess spending money with Lowe’s. Driving to Menards or Home Depot is worth it.
Morningstar greeted us and assisted us finding our needed products. He was friendly and helpful making sure we had all the items we needed for our project. Also needing paint, Olivia assisted us and infirmed educated us on the different types of paint and which would be best for our project. You don't experience this level of customer service/experience much anymore. Both associates are appreciated by us
