Three days before Easter, my husband and I decided we wanted to get our son a bike. I called around to Walmart in Three Rivers, Sturgis and I also looked on Amazon; there were a few choices, but the price range was way out of our budget. I got online for the Portage Target and found the perfect bike. I called up there, and I spoke with a gentleman. I think his name was Chris; he went above and beyond to look for this bike I found online. The staff was so kind and told me that they had it in stock, would put it together for me, and I could come and pick it up the next day. All that was involved in this process, a big THANK YOU! You went above and beyond when most wouldn’t; you are much appreciated.
Finally found the product l was looking for. Sign information l didn't see any. Got a damaged box hoping for a discount for being damaged. A nice guy said no problem rang me up and his cordless payment device was not working. So another guy rang me up at a resistor and no discount.
Tonight I saw 7 customers walking around not wearing their masks. Several of whom were teenagers so I can't imagine they've been vaccinated. They weren't wearing their masks while checking out so I know employees weren't enforcing the mask mandate. I'm immunocompromised so I felt incredibly uncomfortable. Very disappointing. I will definitely hesitate before returning to this store.
This store is always clean and there are associates all over to help when needed.
I was looking for a specific shirt for my teen and the staff was very helpful!
