Have not been to a mall in over a year. Had to go for a gift. The store seemed to be well stocked, at least for what I was looking for. The staff was nice. This was in route to home so it was convenient.
Edit: DO NOT BUY THE MATTRESS WARRANTY! You have to buy a whole new mattress PLUS 15% and $85 up front. Then the manufacturer is supposed to refund you once they get and inspect the mattress, however long that takes. I had our $2000 mattress 4 months and it is already sagging. A queen size for my 16 yr old who is about average size. The sales person did Not tell us that. They just said to call them and they would take care of it.nOnly good thing about it are the deals. Most of the staff are new and don't know nor care about their job.

I went to JC Penney prepared to buy drapes for 3 different windows. I had all of the measurements. Unfortunately, they no longer have anyone available to help you with your order. I'm sure it would have been $500 or more that they lost out on. So disappointing!
Pretty good. ..usually clean and organized. Not a junk pit.
