Great baked goods, sandwiches, and soups with friendly and helpful staff. The seating area is improved in this brand new store. I highly recommend their coffee club as it is a great deal. The chain also offers frequent specials and reward benefits for being a regular patron.
Food are ok but the establishment lacks hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. Please improve the coffee station, especially when you run a coffee subscription business. Almost every single time you either ran out of coffee, cover, stirrer, creamer, or stopper. This waste a lot of customers' time having to ask and wait for staff to refill.
A menu with a wide variety of sandwiches, soups, salads and other items. Quick online ordering, curbside pickup. Cuisine is tasty, though not necessarily worth raving about. I got an Asian chicken salad, with fresh ingredients, although it didn't necessarily taste very Asian. Employees were all masked, place looked very clean, important during COVID.
Great to have a drive up now but very slow service.
The food was yummy. They didn't explain the pager type thing for us new folks. We didn't get our food right away.
