Dreading the pressure of some salespeople, we could not have had a better experience! Erica was fabulous. Very knowledgeable, kindly explained the different levels of manufacturing. It was really helpful to see their examples from Platinum to Bronze based on quality & price. Haven't seen that anywhere else. She allowed us plenty of time to try out Every sofa in the store! And approached us at the perfect times. I was very surprised with our experience & highly recommend Erica to anyone. Also pleased with the available warranty & speed of delivery!
The guy who helped us was genuinely awesome. I came in to buy one thing and left with several items. I could have bought the whole store he was so nice!! Great experience for sure. From the guy who went to get me a mask so I could come in, to the nice checkout lady, to the loading guys! I am enjoying my stuff, on time! Who could ask for anything more?? Thank you guys.
Did not know what to expect with being the first and definitely not the last time to shop at Big Sandy's s Superstore!!! ud83dude42nCracked opened the door, walked in and was instantly impressed with the shine, lay out and selection of home furnishings. Was met at the door by a salesman that was very professional with the business and offered much help as to what we were looking for. Pointed us in the right direction and left us be with no kind of pressure. He stayed at a distance doing other stuff and came to us when we needed his assistance. Knowledgeable about his product, helped us with questions and walked us through every aspect of the purchase on our new living room furniture. Unfortunately this store is closing. I have always bought my furniture from there.
I wasn’t real confident I would find anything and planned to go to Grand Rapids after I stopped here. I was amazed at the selection! And the prices were good too! I never find furniture the first time out looking and I did here. I would tell everyone to go look. So many options and good prices! Jarrett was a huge help too! I will go back when I need more furniture.
