My fiance and I just bought a house a few months back and we ended up having problems with our furnace recently. Dan was not only helpful, professional, and reliable, he spent time on the phone with us and my dad after hours and came in on his time off to make sure we had just what we needed to get our new furnace. He was quick to respond and very patient, answering all of our questions. We are very grateful for this team and highly recommend them for their services!
Bought 2 pellet stoves from custom heating the first one 12 years ago and my new one cab 50. I heat the whole house with it. The 50 is pretty efficient. A very happy with it and when buying a stove like this one has to consider the service which custom heating has the best in my openion. The have always taken care of me.
As their name implies.... from heating to plumbing... they have you covered. We've used them for A/C repairs (due to power surges), plumbing parts replacement (garbage disposal) to a new furnace! The team has been great to work with! Highly recommend!
i called Custom from a suggestion from a co-worker to repair my furnace. the tech tyler did a outstanding job and represented this company very well. will use and or recommend again in the future
I have used CHP several times. They are extremely affordable and quick. In the winter when the furnace went out they were able to get it fixed the next and new parts were ordered and installed within 2-3 days. Technicians are extremely thorough and knowledgeable. They have also done a pressure test for water pipes on a property I was buying, very reasonably priced for even day of service. Would use them for anything in the future.
