Excellent service at 9:00pm. Cookies were warm and chewy. Price was good for quality. The peanut butter chip was my favorite. The chocolate chunk was good I just prefer Milk chocolate over Semisweet .
I order here all the time, at least once a month, and the cookies are always amazing. Despite being delivered, they still always show up warm, and the delivery drivers are nice! The only con is that this franchise has expensive cookies, but they're worth treating yourself to once and a while. As a college student, it's a really great place to have around, especially since they deliver so late.
After waiting 20 minutes in the parking lot for the store to open we were told there weren’t any cookies ready. If you open at noon you should be ready to serve customers when the door opens. Not 10 minutes later. Need better time management and preparedness.
Excited to try for the first time tonight and ended up to be very disappointing. Got a call from the driver they were lost so confirmed the address with them only for the order to still be delivered to the wrong address. Called store only to receive no apology but told fresh cookies would be arriving shortly and about 20 minutes later received luke warm cookies not even in a hot bag when delivered. Spent 30.00 for this mess. Do not reccomend
Clean place. Clean plaza also with plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Came in to pick up a gift card. Easy I. And out.
