I recently booked for an annual event I have upcoming, super easy to work with the NEW owners. I had heard this was under new ownership and was excited to be able to give a new business in the area a try. The new owners have been very responsive, very fair and competitive in their prices, I'm hoping I've found my vendor for this annual event for a very long time.

Really disappointed in the contact that we’ve had this company. We were interested in renting 200/300 chairs, round tables, linens etc. but because we wouldn’t rent a tent as well, they would not quote a price “Incase” we damaged the tables by using them in the rain....???... Not only did I assure them that if it rained we would move into the barn, but explained that not everyone wants a big white tent - I would also assume that company’s have contracts to protect at fault damage & would assume that insurance for these type of rentals probably exist as well. I’m not really sure why a business would turn down business due to “what if’s” ~ but it’s super disappointing.

Oh I definitely have been your customer! As a matter of fact I have used you several times...I don't like how we have been treated the last few times, you change your prices after giving a quotes.

The lady (at the office) is very polite but her husband who usually comes out for set up and pick up has some anger related issues. It was a smooth process to rent the tents, chairs and tables for our event,the lady was very patient and helpful giving us different options and also suggested us different layouts. She also gave us a courtesy call day before to let us know what time they will be coming out to set up everything. But the pick up was a nightmare!! We were told it was either Monday or Tuesday, assuming that they will give us courtesy call as they did initially. My family was relaxing after lunch on Monday and all of a sudden we all startle at this loud banging on our front door (it was the husband!). He was mad about how the string lights were not off the tent, my husband apologized and walked with him to the tent but instead of being patient he started taking the lights off and throwing them on the ground and damaged the bulbs.Never renting from this place again!
