I purchased a washer/dryer during a promotion. Lowe's also price matched the same model from a different big box store. The delivery guys were great!! They were careful installing the washer/dryer and very professional. A great experience with Lowe's all around.
Cheerful and accommodating employees. Anytime we stopped for an item. We were immediately approached and asked if we needed help finding anything. This is the equivalent of keeping my glass full when I'm dining in a restaurant. Great visit.
There has been an issue with a credit card I opened and the manager will not call me back to resolve the issue. The head cashier, Jana, was very helpful and tried to help.
Unfortunately I don’t think I’ve ever had a special order that hasn’t been screwed up one way or another from this store. Management lacks professionalism and any sense of urgency for the customer. Customer service is kind of non-existent, unless you go up to a cashier and ask for help.
