This store just recently came to the Traverse City area. So far I am impressed with the wide selection of furniture designs they have at really great prices. They also offer a pretty rad deal with their finance company that helped me pay zero money out of pocket with no interest for for the next 3 years. The staff is pleasant and not pushy and the best part is my furniture will be in hopefully a few weeks earlier than the other store we shopped at. Very pleased and will definitely be back to purchase more and will send my friends and family in.
Nancy was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our Hampton table. She was patient while we took some time to make the final decision to purchase, prompt with responses, and ensured every step of the way was as smooth and as beneficial for us as possible. The staff was friendly and helpful. The couch took four months to receive. And after having it for only a couple months now, it is wearing extremely fast. The fabric is piling, the seats are sagging-a lot! I'm certain this will not last for more than a couple years and is already uncomfortable. Super cheap furniture. You get what you pay for.
Picked up a really cool new couch from here today. Had the wonderful opportunity to work with Michelle G. The whole experience was fun, laid back, and no pressure. We found your store on line and made a trip to Traverse City from Leroy. We have been looking for new furniture for some time with no luck. Today was a pleasant surprise. We walked in and we were immediately and warmly greeted by Lori. We let her know what we were looking for and she couldn't have been more helpful. She was very patient and watched while we sat in almost everything. No pressure and we at no point felt rushed. We even had some great conversation. We have found the pieces we love at a fantastic price. Not to mention the delivery time is 3 months earlier than other furniture store.
