Josh was great to work with. After having an issue with a furniture store in town we canceled our mattress order and called Josh. He was able to help us out the same day and delivered our mattress to us too! He was very kind and his store was very clean. My brother had recommended Box Drop to us after he got his bed from Josh and he has been very happy with his mattress for over a year. Josh and Pablo were super great. Not pushy salesmen, just offered answers and assistance when needed. Great selection of different options and was super excited when I picked out my mattress and it was 1/2 the price of my last one. Highly recommend!!

I bought a mattress from Josh just about a year ago and unfortunately it had a defect that wasn't apparent immediately. I talked to Josh about the issue once it presented itself and he got right to work on making it right! If you're looking for a great mattress at a great price and bought from someone with integrity, then you need to check out Boxdrop TC for sure!

We were able to make a quick phone call to set up an appointment same day. Upon arrival, Boxdrop was clean and everyone was wearing a mask. Josh was awesome to work with. He was knowledgeable but did not use pushy salesman tactics. We purchased a great mattress at a great price and Josh helped us load it.
