Bay Cabinetry and Design Studio

While Sandra Bargiel worked under the employ of another company several years ago, she had provided cabinetry design and product for my entire project. She worked with my wife and I throughout the entire process, even providing design work in areas she did not provide product for. She oversaw the onsite measurements and templating in conjunction with all the mechanicals as necessary with the project. Coming forward to today, the cabinetry in the laundry room failed. They were literally pulling off the wall. The cabinetry company provided a life-time warranty. The company Sandra worked for had sold their cabinetry business to another, of which they were not obligated to honor any service issues. In reaching out to the builder of the project, they declined to provide service; and suggested to call on Sandra. Sandra, now owner of BCD Interiors/Bay Cabinetry and Design, could have gone the route of the original provider and the builder; however, she worked with myself and the cabinet company to replace the defective cabinetry. Sandra also provided at no charge labor to replace the cabinetry, of which she fulfilled completely. Great service and follow-through has always been top priority to Sandra, and continues to fulfill this demand to the fullest. I would recommend BCD Interiors/Bay Cabinetry and Design for any design, product and service need.

I held off posting this coral long time because I had hoped they'd step forward and make my situation right. I spent double what I had planned on my kitchen and it's OK, but nothing really special. I had them extend my kitchen floor which is elevated, stessing that I was afraid of cracks in the floor and wanted to make sure they took care to level the subfloor. First, they used the wrong material for grout between the countertop and backspace so that it cracked and pieces started falling out. After much consternation, they fixed it. The same guy put in my tile floor and now I have a big crack in the floor, right down the middle of a tile run, from one end of the kitchen to the other. I have called the owners (both of them) and left messages as well as their project manager. They refuse to call me back. Also, when they tore out my old kitchen they didn't put up plastic and I had a house-wide concrete dust mess that took ServicedMaster a week to clean up. I'm thinking my only recourse at this point is to sue them. I told them that - they still won't call me back. BTW - the renovation took twice as long as they quoted me. Twice the price - double the time.

WE WORKED WITH PAGE, WHO WAS AN EXCEPTIONAL LISTENER, RESPECTED OUR IDEAS, OFFERED GREAT IMPROVEMENTS TO OUR IDEAS, AND WORKED VERY HARD KEEPING OUR KITCHEN, TWO BATHROOMS, DEN, AND LAUNDRY ROOM ON TIME AND VERY CLOSE TO BUDGET. WE HAD A SNAFU WITH A HIGH TECH HINGED DOOR TO CONCEAL OUR MICROWAVE, AND IT TOOK THREE TRIALS TO MAKE IT WORK INCLUDING BUILDING A NEW CABINET....IT WORKS PERFECT AND WE WERE NOT CHARGED A CENT. THEY EVEN GAVE US THE OLD CABINET FREE TO USE IN OUR POOLHOUSE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SANDRA (OWNER) AND PAGE FOR YOUR PROJECTS.

Bay Cabinetry came highly recommended to us by some good friends. Sandra worked with us to design a new kitchen. She was very professional and worked hard to make a design that stayed within our budget. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bay Cabinetry to friends or family.

Horrible designer, failed to accurately design Cabinetry, delivered poor quality product. Would strongly recommend against hiring this company.
