Excellent company they did my kitchen and bathroom's twenty years ago and will be upgrading them soon very knowledgeable staff.
Moved into our new condo in Traverse City, Michigan in Jan of 2018. Our builder didn’t ask us if we wanted pull out drawers for our cabinets, so we went to Creative Kitchens, because they installed our new cabinets. We went In and ordered all of our pull out drawers with the understanding they would be delivered to our home, and would be installed after their arrival. They were delivered shortly afterwards and came in several large boxes that we kept in our living room. After several months went by (3 months after initial delivery) and multiple phone calls and multiple promises of installation, I loaded the pull outs in my husbands truck and unloaded them, with the help of two employees of Creative Kitchens at the front of the store. What a disappointment after this company had installed our original cabinets! If you do business with Creative Kitchens with the promise of any type of installation, beware, and get your request in writing. We wish we had!

I agree with the zero customer service. Beautiful showroom & seemingly helpful, professional people but I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for just a rough estimate based on the layout I left with them. I stopped in a 2nd time & still no results. Another local K&B showroom gave me one in 15-minutes while I waited. No way they’ll be tearing out my kitchen - would probably be waiting til Christmas 2019 for completion.
