Best place to get Best recliners right now
Ordered 2 recliners 6 weeks ago. Called 2 days ago to check on when we can expect delivery, was told they were loaded on a truck last Thursday. Stopped today to check on them and the owner went ballistic, told me they are not used to people checking on the order, they would call when the chairs came in. Told me 6 weeks was an estimate. If they were on a truck in ft.wayne ,in. Last Thursday why aren't they here 7 days later. I asked him to call the trucking company and he refused, told me he would refund my deposit. I wonder if he ever ordered the chairs in the first place otherwise what was the problem with checking on them. I would not buy a pillow from Pomeroy furniture. As a rating of a business I give them minus 7 because of his attitude
Delivery guys were awesome. Very careful of hauling in bed frame & accessories as to not hit walls, ceilings or doorways. Set everything up, explained how to flip mattress (king). Thank you! Definitely would recommend!
