We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience in store and at delivery. Jeff provided exceptional service while we searched for a comfortable and affordable sectional; he was available, patient and never overbearing. Staff processing payment were easy to talk to and added to the kind and family-like atmosphere of VanDrie. The sectional was delivered on time as promised, and installation was thorough, swift and easy. For an additional fee, they were able to take our old sofa out of the space. This helped a ton, considering delivery happened in winter with at least 2 feet of snow on the ground. Thanks to everyone at VanDrie! You helped us make a significant yet affordable purchase for our family a memorable experience.

I had purchased from VanDrie Home Furnishings one year ago so was looking forward to another trip there. I wanted a chair and a half recliner for the bedroom and a more formal type recliner for living room. Was so excited to see they were having a great sale of almost 50% savings, and I knew it was true because I had seen the prices at Lazy Boy. Com. They also allowed me to use coupon from the newspaper for $100 off one chair and $50 off the other. Wow!!!!great savings. The sale assistant met us as we came through the door. She was extremely helpful, and answered all questions with good knowledgeable answers. Once again I was extremely pleased with my complete experience at VanDrie and would highly recommend them for all your furniture needs.

We were surprised no one helped us while we were there. We've both worked retail and are the types to appreciate when sales members aren't aggressively friendly, but we would like to hear hello at least. They had plenty of staff around, but no one addressed us or asked us if we had questions even. We're a young couple, but we definitely were ready to drop a solid amount of money on a sectional, but they definitely dropped the ball. They did have competitive pricing upon shopping around, pretty big selection of options as well.

Had a great experience buying a new couch here. Staff was not pushy, but helpful and informative allowing you to browse as you pleased. Was delivered on time with care and professionalism. Would definitely recommend for new furniture.

After attempting to purchase furniture at 4 other Traverse City retailers, I was pleasantly surprised to find that customer service and quality furniture were both available at VanDrie Furniture! Just when I had lost hope, I was greeted by the beautiful showroom and friendly staff at VanDrie. Salesperson Lee Hansen went well above my expectations to deliver outstanding service and help me find everything I needed! I will never shop anywhere else! He even called after my order was delivered, to see if everything was right! What amazing service!
