We paid them to take our old furniture away. They didn't have room for it. They said they would come back and get it. Never came back. They ripped the dust cover's on the love seat and box spring. They said they would come and repair it. Never came back.

Can't ask for a better furniture store in all of Traverse City. Nice sales staff, huge selection especially with two stores, great quality furniture and even better prices. They even sell mattreses.
