I am traveling right now , seen a lot of grocery stores on my journey. Family fare was very clean, nice selections, out of several essentials. At the check out, I had to bag my purchases, and HAD to ask, if I was to bag and put my groceries in my wheelchair basket by myself.. I was told yes, I replied.. I GUESS IM NIT IN KANSAS ANYMORE.. to the cashier. One ud83cudf1f I will give this store..
I love this store and the employees. They’re always so kind and welcoming. They’ve advocated for me when harassed and are wonderful with my children even. Couldn’t ask for a better local spot to get groceries whilst in the midst of great company.
Reasonable selection of produce on most days, baked goods and grocery line. Nice, local employees - many from the Glen’s days and a mini “store within a store” Starbucks Coffee ta boot!” But, pricing is wrong here - it’s too high. In general, I try to avoid shopping here because I feel that this store has a captive, older population to serve here in Boyne City. Without competition, the local, older population with limited financial means and transportation has no choice but to pay the higher prices here than found in larger, big box grocery stores, in the neighboring communities of Gaylord and Petoskey.
Expensive...Try the farmers market on Wednesdays. But good if you need something quick!
Very nice store with many customer friendly features. Highly recommended!
