I have been buying my mattresses from Jim for about 5 years now. I bought my daughters twin bed, then her full size bed, and now just purchase her a queen bed. He is always adorable with comfortable mattresses and helps me load them every time. I will definitely come to this fav local spot every time.
Made an appointment for a Thursday, chose 4 bed sets and all were delivered the next day, as we needed. Buying a mattress with Jim is quick and easy. There is no non-sense or playing with the prices to make you think you got a good deal. Great mattresses at great prices. We’ve been sleeping pretty ever since!
I got a hold of Jim on Facebook Messenger. He promptly set up an appointment and met with us and completely informed us about mattress qualities and in full transparency sold us exactly what we need. It was extremely easy to work with Jim and bonus he had his beautiful dog King in a crate for us to meet
I had an amazingly positive experience with Jim the mattress guy. I was trying to get mattresses for a new purchase of a vacation home in Michigan, from my CA current home, and found Jim. We spoke on the phone and I told him what I was thinking about. I had not seen the home before I purchased it, but friends gave me a good idea of what I might need.nnWhen I arrived in Michigan in September, Jim and I spoke again. I went to see him in Traverse city the day after I arrived in harbor Springs. Jim and I talked about all of the options.nnI purchased 4 twin mattresses, two queens and one king. He got me a great deal.nnKeep this in mind any of you who may be reading this: a king mattress usually costs 1800 dollars or more these days. I got all 7 mattresses for just under 3 grand including taxes
