We got 2 - 2x10x10 to use to unload an outside basketball backboard from the truck. (I saw one on the local swap/sell.) The trip to Lowe's was the easiest part of the day. We located the lumber, used an easy push cart and checked out - all in 10 minutes. (The already assembled backboard transport is whole other chapter.)

Clara Landon is amazing! She was super professional, kind and helpful to find what I need, great communication and client focus skills. I would call her a role model of a Lowe’s worker! I’m highly recommend the store management to pay attention to her! Clara deserves a raise!

Made an online ship to store order in December with an estimated delivery to the store within 7-10 business days. Its now February and half of the order still has not come in. Every time we have called no one at the store can tell us anything, and says that it will either be in within 7-10 days, or someone will call us. Neither has happened. In addition, when the first half of the order did come in, we had a friend working there who told us it was there, but when we called they said it was not there. Eventually they said it was there and we picked it up. A few weeks later they called threatening to return it because we hadn't picked it up. Obviously there tracking system is less than acceptable. Even when we call the main number for Lowe's (not the specific store) we have been told they can't see anything the store can't see so they won't be able to help here. Their only recommendation was to cancel the second half of the order and make a new order...so I can wait another couple of months??

I am so glad that Lowe's handles Craftsman tools now. Unlike Sears when you exchange a wrench you get a brand new one! Awesome!
