The absolute nicest staff!!! Super friendly to customers and to their coworkers made the entire experience very pleasant.
The drive through woman was soo rude. She messed up the order and told me I was wrong repeatedly. She rolled her eyes at me several times. She then handed me my fixed drink while telling me that’s not what I ordered and telling me it was okay cause she fixed things. She also snapped at me because items I tried to order were sold out of.
Drive thru only open now and as usual Standish is doing a lot of business. Drive thru headsets for this store could probably use an upgrade. Crew members where okay could be a little more upbeat and positive in the window tho
I love Dunkin and the ladies here are always friendly. Never have to wait long and never a wrong order.
You know over the past couple months the quality of your coffees dropped off. People do not have time to turn around so you can fix what you mess up. It’s coffee and sandwiches that should be self explanatory. Like seriously. My coffees so burnt I can’t even drink it and I leave a nice tip. I don’t ask for much I give you explicit instructions what I want in it no coffee grounds and it would be nice if it was FRESH!!!
