Top notch service! Chris contacted me when my online order for my dishwasher was backed ordered. Jason did a fantastic job putting our appliance list together. He showed us the inventory and was diligent about finding products that are in stock as it is difficult to receive them in a timely manner. This is our second round of products we have purchased and we’re happy with the service the first time around.
Order the evening prior. Chris was quick to contact and follow up. They were unable to deliver until 4/20 which created a big issue for us, without hesitation they switched things around and could be here for 4/7. Good price. Very pleased
We popped into Agren on a whim. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and given space to explore. Kyle helped us out and he was wonderful. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and relaxed. No gimmicks, pressure or corny sales pitch like we had just experienced down the street at Mattress Firm. We found our dream mattress and the price was fair. Due to manufacturer shortages we did experience a delay on delivery, as expected, but Kyle kept us in the loop and offered alternatives should we have decided the wait was too long. Delivery was amazing. Again, great communication, and they arrived at the beginning of the window of time we were given. I highly recommend shopping there for your next mattress!
Ive been dealing with Chris Davis at Agren for a few years now for appliances for a rental property business. He’s first rate: great pricing, good honest communication, and always follows through on what he promises. It doesn’t get any better. Call Chris for your next appliance, you won’t be sorry!
