Patrick was great from the moment I walked into the store. Very helpful. Showed me what was in my price range. Gave me a quote, I left to check other places. Also went onto the internet for Mattress Firm. The mattress I was looking at in the store was less online. Called and told him about it and he matched the price. Sold!!!nBeing delivered on Monday. I would recommend this store and Patrick to anyone looking to purchase.
Salesperson was incredibly pushy & overbearing. He was completely incapable of reading his customers & had I not been with my family & trying to avoid making a scene, I would have walked out entirely. Luckily, a young woman who was quiet by comparison & completely professional helped me place my order.nnMattress Firm clearly needs to improve their sales training.
We had a wonderful salesman who was kind, funny and helpful. We felt listened to and that we got a great deal. We would shop here again and would recommend mattress firm!
I was nervous this experience would feel like buying a used car but I was pleasantly surprised. Stephen helped me and was super professional and kind. The prices were reasonable and I’m really happy with the mattresses I purchased.
