Jake Richards and his team are always amazing. If I could give them 5 star reviews every time we come in or call I would! I highly recommend this store & switching to T-Mobile, especially if you’re in the military. The benefits are unparalleled.

The customer service at this store is beyond terrible! I would not recommend anyone go there!

Went to buy a phone. Paid for the phone, but they had technical issues and I couldn’t take the phone with me even though I paid. Asked for a refund. They have no receipt so I did not get a refund. Contacted T-mobile customer service and was told I would get a refund. That didn’t happen. It’s been weeks. T-mobile customer service calls this store and the store management says that they did give me a refund. They lied. Now customer service wants le to wait SIX+ more weeks for a prepaid debit card containing my refund amount. I was ready to get my own t-mobile account and nevermind now! On top of all that, an account was created by the employees there and T-mobile sent me a bill for $75. So now have to pay for an account I don’t have, a phone I don’t have, and my abundance of patience feels taken advantage of. Shame on you T-Mobile. How does your system go down when o try and buy a phone yet every other customer behind me had clearly better transactions.nI feel absolutely robbed.

Cody was extremely helpful with everything from picking out a phone to getting it setup and transferring data to the new device.nGreat costumer service from everyone in the store. Went over all the details and found a great plan to work for us.nnThanks!
