Just went to Bed Bath & Beyond. The service person Lyndsey was incredibly helpful. She knew what I was looking for and knew it wasn't in stock. She brought me over to the service/registry area logged in and found exactly what I was looking for. She started to put the order in then the computer died on her. She brought me over to the return/main desk area to finish the order. I was just about to pay and another service person stepped in ((wearing her mask under her chin)she was also cashing out another customer and walked away from him to get involved with what Lyndsey was doing with me)) and told Lyndsey she can't do that there and made her move to yet another register. It had taken less than 30 secs to finish the purchase. If it was the wrong spot she should have waited, then corrected it afterwards. Otherwise I might have given a higher rating. Store # 763
The lady was miserable.Told me no coupons. I got cupons for 5 items in front of her face. She was unhappy about it and slammed my items on the counter. She should be fired.
Staff was helpful in setting up our registry and the app was easy to use to scan.
With your coupons I did very well.The cashier was great, she knew what she was doing. Very professional.
